Who we help

Whichever side you are on

If you are a victim

We draft the complaint, drive the investigation forward, join the proceedings as private prosecutors and claim compensation for the harm suffered.

If you are under investigation

We assist you from the first summons or arrest, review the lawfulness of the evidence and prepare your defence at every stage of the proceedings.

Digital evidence

Electronic evidence decides the case

Screenshots, emails, connection logs, bank transactions or the contents of a device are only useful if they are obtained and submitted properly. We work with computer forensic experts to guarantee the integrity of the evidence and, when defending, to challenge evidence obtained without safeguards.

We appeal unfavourable decisions and, after judgment, pursue enforcement and payment of compensation.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions

Keep all the information (messages, emails, receipts and screenshots), tell your bank as soon as possible to try to block the transaction, and report it. The sooner you act, the better the chances of tracing the money and the offender.

You can report it to the Policía Nacional, the Guardia Civil or directly to the court. Both police forces have units specialising in technology crime.

They can be submitted, but the other party may challenge them. It is advisable to keep the originals on the device and, if possible, have the content certified by a computer forensic expert, a notary or a certification service.

Always attend with a lawyer and do not give a statement without preparing the appearance beforehand. You have the right to know the facts alleged against you and to access the case file.

For unauthorised payment transactions, payment services rules generally require the bank to refund the amount, unless there has been fraud or gross negligence by the customer. Each case must be assessed individually.

First step

Have you been the victim of a computer crime, or are you under investigation?

Time matters in these cases: digital evidence is easily lost. Tell us what has happened and we will let you know how we can help.
